Academia Madrid PLUS offers different courses:

Plus Course
This course consists of two lessons of 45 minutes a day Grammar class, seven and a half hours a week (Monday to Friday). Classes take place daily from 10:45 to 12:15. It is possible to choose also conversation or vocabulary class, if students are not beginners.

Standard Course
This course consists of four lessons of 45 minutes a day, 15 hours a week (Monday to Friday). It is possible to choose between classes of Vocabulary and Grammar (from 09:00 to 12:15), or classes of Grammar and Conversation (from 10:15 to 14:00) with a break of 15 minutes. For beginners the first option is recommended.

Spanish for business Course
This course consists of the four lessons a day of the Standard course plus 2 more lessons of Spanish for business. These additional lessons will dedicate special attention to the redaction of Commercial letters, communication in the company, specialized Vocabulary in Economy, Commerce, etc.

Intensive Course
This course offers six lessons of 45 minutes a day, 22,5 hours a week (Monday to Friday). The normal time of this course is 09:00 to 14:30, with two breaks of 30 minutes. Combinations are possible between the standard and plus courses. For example, students could begin with the intensive course for a week and then continue with the Standard.

Private Classes
This is the most suitable method and to learn the maximum Spanish in the least time possible. The student decides the intensity and chooses the number of lessons depending on personal effort and dedication.
The content of these lessons is tailored to the students needs.
Private classes can always be taken in combination with group courses. For example, students can combine the standard course with a couple of hours of private tuition.

Evening Classes
Generally these are designed for people who live, work or study in Madrid and have a special timetable. The course begins when there are more than three students at the same level. The time of classes is from 18:30 to 20:30 two days a week (Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday).

• It is possible to combine course.
• Every student receives a diploma at the end of the course.
• The Intensive course begins at 09:00 and finishes at 14:00.
• The Standard course begins at 09:00 and finishes at 12:15 or 10:15 to 14:00.
• The Plus course begins at 10:45 and finishes at 12:15.
(These are the usual hours Monday to Friday)
• After every 90 minutes there is a half hour break.
• One lesson lasts 45 minutes and they always take place in blocks of two. Every class lasts one hour and a half.

Generally, the classes are divided as follows:
09:00 to 10:30 - Vocabulary
10:45 to 12:15 - Grammar
12:30 - 14:00 - Conversation

The class size is between 6 and 10 students. This means that there is plenty of opportunities to participate in class conversations and to know your fellow students better. The students mainly come from German speaking countries as well as the Italy, Holland, USA, Brazil and Japan.

There are six different levels divided into sub levels that follow the guidelines of the Cervantes Institute Curriculum and the MCER (European Common Frame of Reference):

A1 (Fully beginner and elementary); A2 (Intermediate I); B2 (intermediate II and intermediate III); B2 (advanced I and advanced II); C1 (advanced III); C2 (consolidation)

Students can join a course every Monday, after having taken the test (oral and written) to place them in the appropriate level.

The evening courses are two days a week (Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday) one hour and a half every day, in total three hours per week. They are usually between 18:30 and 20:30.

Private classes are undertaken to fit in with the student.
