Enrolment and payment

Course reservation will be made with enrolment. We will get in contact with you as soon as possible to notify if the course and accomodation is available on the selected dates.
After you have received our notification you must make a deposit of Euro 151 to confirm your reservation. We will then send you the final confirmation.
We accept VISA credit card, bank transfer or checks. The remaining course fees will be paid on the first day of classes.

When choosing bank transfer all transfer costs have to be covered by the student.

Changes of booking

Up to 31 days before the beginning of the course you may request a change of booking regarding course, dates, acommodation, etc.. We will comply with your wishes as much as possible.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellation fees are calculated at 10% of the total amount if the course is cancelled more than 30 days prior to its commencement. 25% of the total amount for cancellations between 15 and 29 days prior to commencement, and 50% of the total if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the commencement of the course.

After arrival, no refund will be made.

Should the student not be able to finish the course due to the death of an inmediate relative (wife, husband, children, sister, brother) or illness (medical certification has to be presented), the remaining amount will be refunded.

Placement test on the first day.

Course chosen.

Accommodation if chosen.

Use of teaching material.

Certificate at the end of the course.

Tourist information.

	Maximum students per class:		10
	Minimum age for group classes:		16
	Minimum age for private classes:		None

Transfer service

There is an optional transfer service from the airport to your accommodation. Costs depend on type of transfer. Price around 60 Euros.

The student CANNOT reimburse the lessons:
• if he starts his course after official starting date.
• if he does not attend lessons for personal reasons.
• if he decides to quit the course before its end.
• Public holidays shown above.

The student has the right to recuperate lessons:

If he gives advanced notice of his absence minimum 7 days and the duration is, at least, one complete week (from Monday to Friday). In this case, he can recuperate his lessons after the official end of his booked course. Fees are not reimburse.

In the unlikely event that a group of more than 3 students of the same level cannot be made, group classes will be replaced by private lessons (1 to 2 students) as follows:

10 lessons group classes = 6 lessons private classes

20 lessons group classes = 12 lessons private classes

30 lessons groups classes = 18 lessons private classes
