| Yes. The student has to send us
the official application form filled out, with his/her personal
details, as well as the dates, kind of course, etc. If the student
needs our acceptance letter to apply for a visa to study in Spain,
he/she has to add 40 Euros to the total price. If the student needs
to receive the aceptance letter through courier service, special
delivery, etc. should pay additionally 75 Euros. Once we receive the
form and the payment of at least the 50% of the total fees, we will
send the student the pre-confirmation of his/her program, as well as
the documents to get the Visa, if required. The rest of the fees are
to be paid one month before the start of the course, afterwards, we
will send the final confirmation, as well as the pre departure
information.
The student is responsible of dealing with his/her application.
We only will provide the student the acceptance letter of the school.
Should the student receive the denial of the Visa, the school will
refund him with the total amount paid for the program except 80 €
for administration costs, bank commissions, etc.
The student has to inform the school in written about the denial
of the Visa, as well as to present a proof of the denial, such as an
official stamp in the passport, letter from the corresponding
consulate, etc.
Note: Madrid Plus will inform the corresponding Spanish
authorities just in case the student does not start the course, or
if the student fishes the program in advance.
